Fight Fear is essentially drawn from personal experience but spoken through the eyes of someone older speaking to the millennial (social media obsessed) generation. The point is that you can only save yourself. You must look yourself in the eye and say no! I can beat this; I can overcome you (you being mental health issues, bullies, trolling etc, etc) because no one else or any amount of medication will. They are a comfort, but the longer you persist with that type of fix you only prolong the time until the day you will ultimately have to face it anyway.
